We signed up for G2.com’s services, based on the promises they made. 6 weeks later, it turns out that what were told is not correct, and in fact now their service will be worthless for us.
I requested a refund repeatedly, nicely, but they refused.
I filed a claim against them with Chase Bank, as I paid the $12,600 via a Chase CC. After sending them an 8 page document outlining m claim, they sided with G2.
A lawyer I spoke to said he doesn’t think I have a case to present in a court of law.
My only other thought is to send a nasty email (or snail mail?) to them, but I doubt that will help anything.
